At Caffelatte we always brew our espressos using a double basket with 17,5 grams of coffee.
Our resident espresso blend is the Pascucci Bio, an organic blend of washed and natural arabica coffees.
Speciality and Single Origins coffees are custom roasted from Gardelli Speciality Coffees.
ESPRESSO: a small strong cup of coffee brewed in 25/30 seconds (30 ml)
DOPPIO ESPRESSO (DOUBLE): a strong cup of coffee brewed in 25/30 seconds (60/70 ml)
CAFFELATTE: a big cup of steamed milk and little foam with a double shot of espresso (350 ml)
CAPPUCCINO: single shot of espresso with steamed milk and a thick layer of foam (250 ml)
FLAT WHITE: a small strong latte with a double shot and with a thin layer of foam (200 ml)
LATTE MACCHIATO: a glass of milk with a thick layer of foam and a ristretto dropped on top (250 ml)
DOPPIO ESPRESSO: two espressos in a cup!
AMERICANO: a sigle or double espresso with hot water
MOCACCINO: basically a cappuccino with a shot of hot chocolate and coffee as well (250 ml).
CORTADO: a longer single espresso with steamed milk and very little foam served in a small glass (100 ml)
MAROCCHINO: a single espresso with a thick layer of milk foam and chocolate powder served in a small glass (100 ml)
ESPRESSINO: a single espresso with a thick layer of milk foam and flavoured topping served in a small glass (100 ml)
ICED COFFEE: a double espresso blended with iced cubes (250 ml)
ICED CAPPUCCINO: an iced coffee with cold milk foam on top (350 ml)
FILTER COFFEE: Single origin Speciality Coffee brewed by percolation using a V60 or Chemex
ORDERING LARGER SIZES WILL CHANGE COFFEE/MILK RATIO AFFECTING YOUR BEVERAGE FLAVOR AND STRENGTH.
ADD AN EXTRA SHOT IF YOU WANT A MORE CAFFEINATED DRINK, DON’T IF YOU LIKE IT MORE DILUTED AND MILKY.

We source our coffees from roasters committed in quality, transparency and honesty. We use Pascucci Organic blend for our espressos and premium Gardelli Speciality Coffees for all other brewing methods.
